Eat, eat, eat…and drink! At the Dijon Congrexpo we have the opportunity to eat our way through France and make sure the time passes quickly. Some things you have to try once or maybe three times as I have done with foie gras. You also have to try some foods that you will not have the opportunity to try in any other place Like frogs kegs which is miniature chicken wings.  Sipping Laurent Perrier is a pre-requisite in France and I am obliging.ImageImage
